- Go to Analytics > Executive Summary > Activation.
- Look at AOV, ARPU, and Gross Profit in the table to monitor customer value.
Tip
If spending is low, try:
- Introducing post-purchase upsells or loyalty hooks
- Offering bundles or recommendations at checkout
- Sending a timely second-purchase offer based on purchase timing report.
