Are activated customers spending more over time?

Metrics like AOV, ARPU, and Gross Profit in the Executive summary - Activation tab give insight into whether your converted signups are turning into valuable customers or just placing small one-off orders.

Where to find it

  1. Go to Analytics > Executive Summary > Activation.
  2. Look at AOV, ARPU, and Gross Profit in the table to monitor customer value.

Tip

If spending is low, try:

  • Introducing post-purchase upsells or loyalty hooks
  • Offering bundles or recommendations at checkout
  • Sending a timely second-purchase offer based on purchase timing report.
