How do I target customers who didn’t open or click a campaign?

(This feature currently supports Klaviyo email campaigns only.)

Easily create segments of customers who didn’t engage with your email. Perfect for retargeting flows, follow-ups, or winback messages.

Where to find it

  1. Go to Campaigns in Segments. Make sure your Klaviyo account is connected.
  2. Select a campaign from the list.
  3. At the top of the page, view metrics like Delivered, Opened, Clicked, etc.
  4. Click the “+” icon on any metric card to save a segment based on who did or didn’t receive, open, or click.

Tip

  • Build a resend flow for customers who didn’t open the first email—try a new subject line or offer.
  • Create a segment of non-clickers and follow up with a stronger CTA or urgency-based message.
