The Executive summary - Retention tab shows how many repeat customers placed another order during your selected period. This helps you track customer loyalty and evaluate how well you’re retaining your existing base.
Where to find it
- Go to Analytics > Executive Summary > Retention.
- Look for the Repeat Customers row in the chart and table.
Tip
Keep an eye on this number after running winback campaigns, loyalty promos, or product restocks to measure their impact.
