The Executive summary - Activation tab tracks customers who signed up before your selected date range but only converted into buyers during this period. This helps you measure how effective your nurture flows, retargeting, or delayed conversion tactics are.
Where to find it
- Go to Analytics > Executive Summary > Activation.
- Look at the New Signups and Orders metrics to see how many of these returning leads converted.
Tip
A high number here often points to strong email or retargeting flows that bring signups back to complete a purchase.
