Both AOV (Average Order Value) and ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) are tracked for new customers in the Executive summary - Acquisition tab, giving you a pulse on the purchasing behavior of your new customers.
Where to find it
- Go to Analytics > Executive Summary > Acquisition.
- Select AOV and ARPU from the metric selector on the top card, or find those metric in the table below.
Tip
- A rising ARPU might suggest better targeting or onboarding. A rising AOV may indicate stronger first-purchase bundles or upsells.
