The “Compared to” feature in Segments lets you quickly see if you’re doing better than the same period last year or the previous period.
Where to find it
- Go to Analytics > Executive Summary > Retention.
- Use the “Compared to” dropdown to compare against the previous period or same time last year.
- Watch for percentage changes in repeat customers, revenue, and ARPU.
Tip
If retention is declining year-over-year, it might be time to audit your email flows, review product combos, or rework loyalty and rewards programs
