Identify which other products customers tend to buy in addition to the selected one—across any order, not just in the same basket. This helps you create smarter cross-sell offers that actually convert.
Where to find it
- Go to Analytics > Product Relations.
- Select a product from the list on the left.
- The “Cross Sell” tab will be selected by default. You’ll see products frequently purchased by the same customers, even across different orders.
Tip
Click “Save Segment” to create a dynamic audience of customers who bought the selected product but have not yet purchased a product from the cross-sell list. Great for personalized follow-up campaigns.
