What products should I recommend in my email campaigns?

Use customer purchase paths to recommend the right products—whether it’s their first order or the next one. Segments helps you identify which products new signups are most likely to buy first, and what they tend to purchase next—so you can send smarter, personalized recommendations that drive conversions.

Where to find it

  1. Go to Analytics > Product Journey in Segments.
  2. Use the time selector to choose a relevant period (e.g., Last 90 Days).
  3. Click any product path to see what customers typically buy next—and in what order.

Tips

  • For new signup campaigns, recommend top “first order” products with high customer count and strong CLV.
  • For post-purchase emails, use the most common “next product” in the journey to create relevant follow-up offers.
