What’s the average number of orders per customer?

This metric is shown as ANO (Average Number of Orders) and tells you how often customers are purchasing within the selected period.

Where to find it

  1. Go to Analytics > Executive Summary > Overall.
  2. Select ANO from the metric selector on the top card, or find the ANO row in the metric table below.

Tip

Use ANO to measure stickiness—rising values may indicate effective retention or a high-performing campaign.
