Which cohort has the highest churn rate?

Identify which customer group had the largest percentage of customers stop buying after their first purchase. Helps you uncover where customer experience or retention strategies might need improvement.

Where to find it

  1. Go to the Cohort page.
  2. Select “Churn rate %” from the metric dropdown.
  3. Compare rows to spot which signup months had the highest drop-off.

Tip

  • Follow up with winback campaigns for high-churn cohorts and study what changed that month (e.g., product, shipping, ads).
