Problem: True Botanicals lacked clear analytics to track product purchases and celebrity endorsement effectiveness.

With a large range of online sales channels and a brand refresh, True Botanicals wanted a clear, easy to understand analytics solution that would help provide a better understanding of customers shopping directly with them, specifically what products were customers purchasing, were they ordering the same products each time? Another key question was which celebrity endorsement worked best for the brand. Historically True Botanicals relied on manual spreadsheets to collate tons of cross channel data which cost thousands of dollars in man hours and didn’t yield the clear, actionable results the brand needed.
